Mixed Metals

I was browsing one of my favorite design blogs (and now I cannot remember which one) and she had a post about mixing different colors of metal in her kitchen.  She asked opinions if people would do it or not.  I am having a similar dilemma in my house at the moment, but decided that I was ok with the mixing.  I think the key is to make sure that there is more then one thing of each type of metal that you use.  Here are a few inspiration photos (mostly from pinterest) to show you that mixing different metals can look great (and less cookie cutter if you ask me).
